This lovely vintage silk dress was designed by Francesca of Damon for Starington. We love these dresses because they are beautifully made of really fine silk.  It's difficult to find dresses even made of silk today and this is in a great style that will easily fit into any contemporary wardrobe. 

The fabric is a rich blue with tiny black polka dots and black checkerboard pattern on the shoulders, collar, and cuffs. The dress comes with a matching sash tie belt and easily accommodates a variety of sizes.  Labeled a vintage 1980's size 10 petite, but you can wear it loosely or belted so we would say it could fit sizes 6-12 depending on your specific measurements.
